Sherolyn Sellers is an entrepreneur with an MBA, MPM and unique blend of functional experience in the areas of Project, Program, Portfolio Management and lean Process Management. She is currently the Founder and CEO of Pivotal Performance Group, a project management consulting firm based in Atlanta, GA. Mrs. Sellers is certified as a Project Management Professional (PMP®) and Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP®) by the Project Management Institute (PMI®). In the area of process management, she is a Six Sigma® certified green belt, PROSCI Change Management Certified, Myers-Briggs Type Indicator Certified and is currently completing her Lean Black Belt certification.
Over her corporate career, Mrs. Sellers has excelled at leadership in complex, strategic initiatives wit a specialization in Organizational Agile Transformation. She is also notably valued in leadership for her abilities in motivating teams to deliver under adverse situations, rescuing ‘troubled’ projects and leadership in high risk projects. In addition to a strong background in project leadership, Mrs. Sellers is also considered an industry subject matter expert in best practices definition & implementation of standards and process improvement. She has authored fully customized Project Management methodology and Program Management methodology guides and has led numerous business process reengineering strategic initiatives resulting from mergers & acquisitions.
